Purok Balakayo, Barangay Olympog of General Santos City, South Cotabato is one of the heavens paradise of the Tuna Capital of the Philippines. It is where the first and only zipline and cablecar in Gensan is located. The hills is also an ideal place for trekking, camping, photo ops, trail running, motor trailing, mountain biking and many others.
Balakayo Hills, was also one of the pitstop Gensan Eco Karera an adventure race hosted by the City Government of General Santos City sperheaded by sir Jing Velos.
Mountain Biking was one of my favorite past time because you get to see many different places even in your own locality. Not only that, it is a good exercise to trim down all those carbohydrates and fats intake to keep a healthy and active lifestyle.
Unfortunately this mountain bike, does not belong to me anymore. I miss you General Arze Mountain Bike, sooner or later I am hoping that I could buy a brand new mountain bike. But most importantly donors are very much welcome. hehehehe
